"We loved the convenient location of this property and the beautiful water views! Perfect for 2 couples with enough space and for us each to have our own bathrooms! The place was beautifully done and had everything we needed in kitchen and baths! Highly recommend taking the short walk to Charles Street Brasserie for a wonderful meal and marina views and an even shorter walk to The Tiki Bar! "The location of this room is perfect for your stay in North Beach! Walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, several stores, restaurants, coffee shop, and beer garden. The included beach pass was so helpful! The check-in, check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was the noise from the guests in the room above us and you could hear the live music from the nearby beer garden until 10:30 pm - however, the positives FAR outweighed the noise."

"Overall great place. Couple of recommendations to make it even better. First, recommend a few more trash cans in the place. Only had one in the kitchen and bathroom. Also great to have them with trash liners. Same for tissue boxes. The one in the bathroom was empty. Would have appreciated more than one soap bar too.great Recommend checking that all the appliances work. The TV in the living room would not turn on.. Also te cabinet under the sink was loose. Again all minor things. F"

"An amazing, secluded property that is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The property could improve by having additional toilet paper, shower toiletries, and towels, but the kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of seating. It really is a great house."

"Had a great week! Cottage is adorable, clean and cozy. Host very welcoming with treats and bowls for our dogs. House is a couple weeks from the beach and a beach parking pass is included. The beach is private and very relaxing. It was very hot that week that we visited abd tge AC was excellent. Lots of extras in the house - games, hand soaps and even ballth salts! Very enjoyable visit!"

"The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out."
