This open-plan kitchen dining area has natural daylight pouring in, and the fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you.
LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV or make use of the designated work space.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, a sink, a mirror, and a toilet.
We provide bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat.
BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

We want you to enjoy your stay with us and to make sure that you do and for the sake of other residents, we ask you to respect the house rules:
No smoking inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please go to street level and clean up any debris caused by smoking
Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police, but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
No pets
Please note that check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
When you are ready to vacate the property, please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish. thank you
This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt, please contact us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
