nice place walk down the road you’ll come to all shops , end of the road a nice Thai restaurant and the tower pub , nice people and better priced items in the area , seafront a 15 min walk or 3 min drive.

Comfortable room and staff helpful. Unfortunately Room 7 shower door leaks. Not a problem for having a shower, but I think the owner might want to repair it. Other than that a very nice hotel.

Very friendly welcome. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel that I saw. Excellent breakfast and both the breakfast and the stay were good value for money. Very happy to stay again.

Elegant property - room needs TLC

Staff were friendly and the property itself exudes vintage elegance. Unfortunately our room (Room 5 on ground floor) smelt extremely strongly of damp, so we didn't unpack any belongings. Despite opening windows and airing the room, there remained a very strong smell. There is obviously a long-term damp problem with this room which the owners should really get fixed.

Cost was the best thing about it. I paid under £60 in mid July, Friday before Pirate weekend. Excellent value. Had the option of no breakfast (that would have been extra), which was also good for me. House had so much period charm and people running it were really lovely and friendly. Temperature was too hot for me (they do not have air-con), so my sleep was not the best, but not their fault. No additional toiletries, apart from hair dryer and towels (& toilet roll) you need to bring your own. Also not a negative. I expect that at that cost. Definitely suggest it as great value for money, short walk to St Leonard's rail station. Would recommend to anyone on a budget, like me. XxxxX

My daughter and I had an amazig stay at Tower house. The double room we stayed in was beautiful, the service was amazing and the staff were super frindly, The garden was a beautiful sanctury and the breakfast was lovely. When i return to Hastings this will be my guesthouse of choice easy
