Ceiling above kitchen was deteriorating due to leak above, reported to the owners, but ceiling was not repaired during my stay and no other rooms were available.
Hallways and stairwells were filthy and the odor was horrible.
The bathroom and bedroom were a clean sanctuary from all other spaces.
The key check out and check in system did not function over the 10 days I was a guest and needed support at check in and check out.
The laundry service was not well documented, needed to purchase a cash card for $5 and then place an additional non refundable $10 balance on it. The machine to purchase the card was hidden behind a column in a nook in the room. Since the card machine was hidden and it was weekend, I had to figure this out with no support. $15 for one wash was extreme.
