The room was fine, the bed was extremely comfortable. Ample free parking was nice too. The TV was super tiny (19" maybe) and only had Spectrum TV. There was no on-screen channel guide, so you had to go channel by channel to see what was on and had no idea what was coming on. No option to use any other streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video. In-room safe was broken, fridge was tiny, no in-room microwaves. I had to go down to the lobby to use the microwave and heat up food. The list of amenities mentions a whirlpool/hot tub, never did see one of those. Breakfast was $17.99 per person and not worth half that. There was both a hockey and a soccer tournament in town for the weekend, so the hotel became over run with kids under 10 on Friday evening. Many kids were out of control so it made use of the pool and lobby impossible unless you liked all the running, screaming, splashing, and throwing of toys over your head. Tried to use the pool on Friday night, but gave up. Many parents seemed not to care and let their kids run wild. Staff didn't care. It also made trying to use the elevators a very long process since they were always full and had crowds waiting to get on. Wanted to try the lobby bar, but it was over run with people/kids. The amenities also list the Westport Plaza entertainment area being within walking distance of the hotel. Turns out its over 2 miles away which makes for a 4+ mile round trip. I like to walk, but thats a bit much to go have a nice dinner.

Was disappointed that our stay did not come with complementary breakfast. Pool area- way too loud due a large group of unsupervised teenage girls on 3-27 evening. Front desk staff- very friendly and helpful and nice.

We had an amazing stay last night. My husband and I were here for a concert and it was so easy to check in, the room was great and clean, fully stocked, and the bed is sooooo comfy!!! The staff are very nice and we got checked in and out in a timely manner.
