Overall this was an excellent location to stay at. Very reasonably priced for a larger accommodation. Easily slept our family of 5. We were very comfortable, the ac worked great on both floors and beds were comfortable as well. The only suggestion I would make is to install shelves in the closet spaces and maybe a small shelving unit in bathroom. There was no where to unpack anything unless we were hanging clothes up. So thank you for providing hangers- that was helpful. The parking situation was kind of stressful. There are only a handful of spots dedicated to this property and it's not really enforced to keep available for tenants. Yes, a tag to hang in the car is available but that doesn't prevent others from parking there. The property is right in the middle of restaurants and bars so when we were out at night and returned to the property, they were always full from other cars of restaurant and bar guests. No monitoring of any sort going on and when I tried to contact the owners, I did not get a response and had to drive around another parking lot until a spot opened. Other than that- it was a really good experience and stay.

This apartment is in an outstanding location in downtown historic Saint Charles. It is very clean and the host communicates very well. I would recommend this for people looking for a location in an area where there is an abundance of shopping, food, and nightlife. It is located directly above a bar, so manage expectations when it comes to noise and ambience.

Great stay in St. Charles

The property was exactly as described. The location was great (right downtown). We were right across from and next to a bar. It wasn't too loud for us, but it was noticeable. If TV was on, it was fine. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. We had no problem with parking or check-in. Host was always very responsive. Plenty of bath towels but no washcloths and only one hand towel. Would definitely recommend this location if wanting to explore the historic area of St. Charles.

A very comfortable, convenient stay! Nicely decorated and great king sized beds! We stayed a long weekend for my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was a great location for the night life! That said, we didn’t have any trouble sleeping through the noise because the window air conditioner hums over it. We spent some time visiting with 7 of us in the living space and the seating could accommodate us. It was a great stay and I will rent it again if the occasion arises.

It was a cute apartment and fun for a girl’s weekend away! Loved the ability to walk through the area very easily. The main issue was the night noise both nights from the bars close by and loud car noises revving up their engines all night! We were middle aged women so a little too old for this kind of excitement. Other than that, the place was cute, beds comfortable and the place was clean.

The property is well maintained, clean and quite modern in a great location of St Charles. Communication with the manager was outstanding and effortless. My one complaint is that the property is DIRECTLY above a nightclub/bar which is glaringly absent from the property listing/description. That omission should not be a listing omission as there was excessive noise until 2 AM in the morning.

Great, Cozy stay.

Great 2 bed apartment in the heart of main st. Be aware there are a lot of stairs. Unit is above a bar that can be a little loud at night. The bedrooms and bath are on the 2nd floor of the apartment up steep stairs. Very well decorated and has a lot of charm with the brick walls. Host was great to deal with when we couldn't locate the parking pass. One was delivered the next morning.

Easy to find, super easy check in, heads up: lots of stairs at this property! This location is at the very north end of Main Street located directly across from a night club, directly above a bar with live music, and 1 block down from a popular honky tonk so it is very noisy at night until about 1 am when everything closes down BUT you are right in the middle of all of the nightlife entertainment. My girlfriends and I had so much fun! The pictures of the balcony are a little deceiving- you have to climb out the window to get to it and it is tiny. We were very comfortable at this property and felt safe. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC kept us cool in mid July.

Quick trip to St Charles

Lovely place. Lots of stairs. Right in the middle of the nightlife. We had a great time. I don’t recommend leaving once you park. People fill up the spot. They don’t care what the signs say. We had to wait for someone to leave. Otherwise the apartment is great.
