The shower rod was broken and the curtain wouldn’t close. The beds were extremely hard. It appears to be a decent remodel for a hotel but feels more like a cheap motel stay. The staff was great and super friendly and the location is fantastic.

Our hotel stay was great. The area outside of the hotel is beautiful. Staff was very pleasant. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean. Just wish the pool area was open. It was beautiful outside and would have been great to sit by the pool. Will most defintely be back.

Fresh paint and carpet. Hotel is older and could have room updates. It is clean and comfortable. The tub is older but much safer and easier to stand in for shower than new junk tubs. Shower head water flow is AWESOME! For the price I recommend this hotel!

2 week trip

We chose this hotel due to our need for 16 days of parking and a 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. The flight returning was late (12:30a) and the shuttle driver didn’t show up for the shift so the person at the desk came and got us herself. And, she was so nice!!

The bathroom was dirty and needed to be updated. The sinks was falling apart, poor water pressure, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall that was covered with toliet paper. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing….But the hotel Itself smelt old and musty, the elevators about give you a panic attack so old and jerky, and about slid and fell in the shower because the slip strips had been taken out and it was very slippery and the curtains were old and stained up as well as the carpets.

We will be back anytime we travel to the area!

This was our second stay at the Elimwood and was even better than the first. We returned based on cost, cleanliness, and close proximity to the concert venues. We were greeted promptly by a very pleasant woman when we arrived, she took her time explaining how the shuttle service worked and checking us in. We had no idea we had a free shuttle available to us and were ecstatic about the amenity. Everything was again clean, as expected. All staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The only complaint I could possibly foresee was that the pool was not open, however we did not even have time to use it anyway. Great stay!

Supposedly under construction. Floor was dirty, elevators old and floor was peeling, lamps and alarm clock broken, phone didnt even have a cord to plug it in. Staff was awesome.

My room smelled of mildew/mold immediately upon entry. Come to find out that the bathroom fan does not work. Staff kept closing bathroom door when they did there round on towels and trash as if they know of the mildew/Mold problem and were trying to contain the smell. By the last few days family was feeling ill. The only enjoyable aspect was the turtle pond.

In town for a concert right down the street. Figured they would have several people working the front counter with all the people, but no, only one person on duty. After waiting in line for about 25 minutes I finally get to the counter and then after I told him my name looks at the screen for about five minutes and says I don’t have anything for you. Mind you, I booked this several months ago. Specifically wanted two beds and a sleeper pull out. I feel sorry for the guy at the counter but I’m so irritated with management that they had no one else working and even more irritated they screwed my room up. The whole check in process took about an hour. Thankfully, the dude at the counter did give us two rooms, but we still had to double up in one bed.
