I used this property for a business conference that was downtown. The distance to downtown was short. The room was very clean and the staff was excellent and helpful. As I like a room extremely cold, the air conditioning was great! I didn't like the smell of the carpet in the hallway and the side doors were being worked on. Other than that, the property was in great condition.

This hotel even though outdated makes up for it with their customer service and affordability. The biggest issue for us was being on the 7th floor with just one working elevator that was very slow. The hotel is near an abundance of restaurants and entertainment.
