The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and Edison lighting over exposed brick walls. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here!! Such a cute apartment in a wonderful location. Located right across from a great coffee shop and near tower grove park. The online guides were so helpful for our stay, and the instructions were very clear. I’m favoriting this location!

Check-in was frustrating. Their system asked for my driver's license and a photo taken contemporaneously but, because I don't look like my driver's license photo, it couldn't authenticate me. After multiple attempts, I was able to get them to bypass the system. Communication was good but process was bad.The place is barely furnished. On arrival for a 2 week stay, I found a total of 2 forks, 3 spoons, and 3 knives. There was only one bath towel. The bed cover was whisper thin even though it was February. I've never had to ask for anything to be brought to a rental before but I needed a flatware, towels, and some blankets. The employee who brought them was very nice and apologetic. The unit is not high-end. Paint was peeling off the bathtub, a dining chair was broken, and the mattress was some kind of foam (not normal memory foam) that created a sink hole where I slept. From a safety standpoint, the top third of the front door is a glass window with a see-through curtain. The door also has a very large crack running down the middle (you can see light through it).
