Staff was friendly, everything was clean and it was convenient to be able to walk to the event we were attending. Only complaint was the bed was smaller than a queen size, and the air conditioner was loud and not keeping the room as cold as I would have liked.

Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. Valet was a bit slow. Would love more food options for eating in the room (gluten free and dairy free). Impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel in general (the gym machines were pretty dirty though). Having Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient and appreciated. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great location for concert at the dome. Was within walking distance also for the arch and Busch stadium. Check in down there was busy and was stuck in traffic in front of hotel for 45+ minutes. Need a better system for cars for check in process. Other than that very convenient location and friendly staff. Rooms were small but quiet.

We were in town for a Dodgers game. The hotel is only a few blocks away from Busch Stadium, so it was very convenient as we parked in the Marriott parking garage and walked to the game. There were a few different conferences being held at the hotel over the weekend, so it was very busy. However, the staff we encountered throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful despite what must have been a stressful work weekend for them. Our room was clean and spacious enough, but it did seem a bit outdated. The food we had from the hotel was delicious.

I was charged a $40 parking fee and charged $35 when leaving the parking garage. The valet attendant made a smart remark to my husband when we asked if it was ok for him to wait in the car out front while I checked us in inside. And there were dirty towels hanging on the back on the bathroom door.
