Access and building layout
The studio is inside a small professionally managed building. Guests share the building stairwell with another short-term rental, then enter their private studio. Exterior security cameras monitor shared and outdoor areas only; there are no cameras inside.

Location and sound
This is an active entertainment district. Evening music, nightlife, and street activity should be expected, especially on weekends.

Important policies
- Up to two dogs are permitted. A nonrefundable $150 pet fee per reservation is added manually after booking and generally charged within two weeks of arrival.
- Violating the dog-only pet policy may result in a $200 charge.
- No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 charge.
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
- Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late checkout is $20 per hour. Requests depend on housekeeping availability.
- Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $50 charge.
- Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $50 long-stay cleaning fee.
- Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
