The property's entrance is very difficult to locate. The Staff is extremely nice and very accommodating. While the hotel itself was clean the side and back near the metro were not.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the breakfast needs variety. It needs a waffle maker or pancake maker for the kids. You can’t expect kids to eat breakfast sandwiches or omelets

Cleanliness was good but there were no towels available for three people. Also when we got into the room there were a few dirty or used dishes placed where the clean dishes were. Housekeeping should pay more attention to have enough towels on the room and the cleanliness of dishes
