Absolutely exceptional from the word go. ALL the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was great!!!! Fresh, delicious!!!

Family room was comfortable, 2 rooms connected with an open plan kitchen /lounge . Room amenities basic, no hand towels, bathmats in bathroom. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful.

When we stayed there was a Biker rally, so very noisy, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbour's conversation very clearly, which is annoying if you trying to rest, Breakfast is ok

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The vegetarian breakfast was uninspired and all we had was baked beans and soya sausages everyday I don’t believe we got value for money in this area.The hotel could improve in this area and be more creative. Vegetarian breakfasts should not be limiting. Some staff were disinterested and not friendly. They could use some customer service training. Requests for towels and toilet paper were ignored and/delayed.
