"We stayed in Room 336 with balcony. Well appointed room. Very comfortable, facing the inner courtyard and peaceful. Room was well looked after, provision of tea, coffee and complimentary water. We didn’t realise the water was complimentary until we checked out, but lovely gesture. Loved the fragrance of the hotel as you walked in the main doors, immediately relaxing after a long flight. Absolutely loved the location in the Jewish quarter. Lots of traditional local restaurants to choose from and close to mini supermarkets. Lots of history and local culture to take in. 15 min walk to Old Town centre, an easy stride. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend."

"I stayed here with a group, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for accessing different parts of Krakow, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors in some of the rooms, but they quieted down when made aware of the situation."

"The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service. "

"The location is excellent. It’s right next to Old town, The Castle.Easy walk from train station ( 20 mins train from airport) The cost £6-7 one way for two. The room is good size with everything what you need. The breakfast is the best in European countries. The reception is so helpful, the Bar is great. As Expedia member we received the bottle of Italian Red wine and quality is perfect. Just one little note - trams , you can hear through double glazed windows but it’s not crucial. Maybe request a room faced yard side? We would like recommend Hotel to every guest.Thank you "

"Quirky hotel layout that actually improves the hotels look and feel and gives added viewings advantage to the surrounding areas. Staff were very nice, helpful and quick in everything provided. Restaurant food was of high quality and the breakfast spread was the best I have had in years anywhere! Location of the hotel was perfectly placed to access restaurants, bars, sightseeing, public transport etc. A definite return location. Thank you for a fantastic long weekend in Krakow!"

"Hotel is clean, quiet, near the attractions of the city. I had a room with a view towards the river, seeing the Krakow Eye. Everyday, the coffee capsules are replenished, towels are replaced, bed is made. Love the scent of the sample lotion."
