"This is your basic, barebones hotel. It’s about 30 years old, so you can smell the cigarette smoke deeply entrenched in the carpet in the rooms and hallway, but everything was clean. The “fitness centre” looked like a closet with a few exercise machines in it and the outdoor pool was closed (in August). But breakfast was warm and fresh, and every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful."
