"We were booked at the city apartments but stayed at the harbour location which turned out to be fabulous, the Manager gave us breakfast for our 2 nights which was very kind and a great buffet. We had the evening buffet which also was delicious and varied. The apartment was spacious with a large bathroom, separate bedroom and bunk beds in another space. We didn’t have a washing machine, but no problem we were given washing capsules and shown to the laundry. The apartments have all the utensils, but you do need to supply tea, coffee, milk etc. There’s a coffee machine in reception though. We had a wonderful stay, the service is exceptional and very friendly, we would highly recommend the apartments."
"The restaurant was not open on Christmas Day except for breakfast. Hotel staff told us restaurants around town would be open on Christmas Day. This was incorrect. As no restaurants were open and we went hungry on Christmas Day "
"WONDERFUL - the hotel was perfect for our needs and wants as it is but when you add the amazing kind staff and their welcome smiles and open hearts your hotel becomes more like home sweet home! Our special thanks to Magdalena and Victoria for that!
