"Property has sections that are outdated but overall fun for the kids, clean and has some extra activities you can pay to use (rock climbing ski boats/tubing). Food options are limited so be prepared to go into town for a meal."

"Basic room, older property but clean. Best thing was the breakfast - options for pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, eggs, sausages/bacon - and the lovely gentleman ensuring there was enough for everybody."

"Access to the property was excellent. It has a large sign on the main road and well-lit at night. The unit itself had ample parking out front and there were fresh linens and a few toiletry items in the bathrooms. One of the interior lights in the bedroom did not work, but most likely none of the previous guests brought it up (I haven't yet either). Also, if you are returning late at night, there is no motion/path lighting if your front door is towards the back of your unit. Some units have doors facing the access road which is probably a non-issue. We waited for a min or so leaving the car so our eyes could adjust before we proceeded."

"The lake view room with balcony is a must, the view is incredible. Breakfast was just okay for $17 but the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. Mix up of rooms upon check-in which staff corrected quickly. Note to other travellers to please be mindful of your noise level ie slamming doors, conversing loudly in hallways and unruly children. Our floor was very noisy which is not the fault of the hotel."

"We stayed in a suite, and for 2 people it was definitely enough room for us. I enjoyed the property having BBQ grills for each unit and that seasonings were provided. It was like having a home away from home, with a lake view right in front of you. We will definitely be back and check out the cabins next time. I did speak to a staff member and she was very informative and pleasant. Loved the area and the peace and quiet."
