The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . "- The screens of the entrance door were torn. - Some blades of the blind in the master bedroom on the ground floor were torn. - There were some cooked sausage pieces on a plate in the oven. - There was a piece of cloth in the washer. - There were no spoons. - There was only a small pot with a lid, which is not enough for multiple people. - The keurig pot was not working. Maybe we couldn't find out how to turn it on. - The lower bunk bed blanket was giving off a weird smell. - The garbage cans outside were completely full. - No dishwasher. This is my first time staying at a rental without a dishwasher. - I wonder if you count the kitchen utensils frequently. If you haven't for a while, the current stock doesn't seem to be enough for 5 people. - No shampoo in the bathroom. I saw one body wash bottle. - There was a lot of animal fur on the cloth sofa. Overall, the property needs better cleaning and care."
