  • Cozy. Calm. Central. Renovated in 2018.

    Comfortable 3-room apartment in the house "Paulsen" with about 40 square meters on 1 level (floor) for up to 4 people. Close to the center of the village in St. Peter-Ording. The shops and restaurants of the village street are within walking distance. The beach can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The riding hall is in direct neighborhood.

    Living room with sofa (2s), 2 armchairs, TV and hi-fi system. Open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and dining table with 4 chairs (no oven).

    1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.
     Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 80x200cm) and wardrobe.

    Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Gemütlich wohnen hinterm Deich

Die Lage unserer Wohnung war ideal: direkt hinterm Deich, total ruhig und gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter! Man erreicht zu Fuß den hübschen alten Ortskern von Sankt Peter Dorf. Hier findet man alles vor, was zu einem Nordsee Urlaub gehört. Hier ist dei Welt noch in Ordnung. Das Wetter war sehr wechselhaft, so dass wir den fehlenden Balkon in der OG Whg. nicht vermisst haben. Gerne wieder! Dann werden wir uns die EG Wohnung mit Terrasse anmieten.

Tolle Zeit

Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannt Zeit im Haus Paulsen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ( ok, ein Backofen wäre noch das Itüpfelchen gewesen- aber auch ohne kein Problem).Toller Ort, nette Vermieter. Gerne wieder.

SPO ist immer eine Reise wert

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist dennoch sehr ruhig. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig (alle Fenster haben zum Glück Fliegengitter), allerdings war sowohl die Eingangstür als auch die Küchentür sehr schwergängig. Außerdem war eines der Doppelbetten von keiner guten Qualität. Davon abgesehen gab es kein Anlaß zu Kritik. Ein weiteres Plus ist ein geräumiger Fahrradunterstand. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich nebenan, ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer für einen Klönschnack zu haben.

Näher am Südstrand geht kaum

Wir fahren nun schon mehrere Jahre zu dieser Jahreszeit an die Nordsee. In diesem Jahr war es SPO. Untergebracht in der kleinen, aber vollkommen ausreichenden Ferienwohnung direkt am Deich zum Südstrand lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ruhig gelegen direkt am Zugang zum Südstrand ist man fix am Meer, aber auch der Ortskern ist in 5 Minuten erreicht. Der Hausherr, der ebenfalls im Objekt wohnt, war immer sehr nett und hatte stets einen Tipp zu Gastronomie oder Ausflügen parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles gut

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, die Umgebung war das schönste. Man könnte zu Fuß und mit Rad alles gut erreichen. Die Wohnung war für uns drei ( zwei Erwachsene, Kind) ein wenig eng. Aber alles da, sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke und wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder an die Nordsee. Am besten war die Wattwanderung und die Therme und das lecker essen hier in der Umgebung. Bis bald Nordsee, schön wars. Familie Kühne

Wunderschöne Auszeit in St. Peter

Die Ferienwohnung ist mega Top gelegen. Alle Entfernungen zum Strand, zum Ortskern und zu Restaurants und Bäcker usw. sind super easy zu Fuß zu meistern. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die Betten sind richtig bequem, alles ist neu renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben auch selbst gekocht, die Ausstattung dafür reicht vollkommen aus. Der Kühlschrank reicht von der Größe aus und hat sogar ein Eisfach. Unterm Strich würde ich die gleiche Wohnung immer wieder mieten. Sie war für 4 Tage ein tolles Feriendomizil.
