Exclusive semi-detached house "5d" under thatch in the "Landhaus am Störweg" with 4 rooms and about 107 sqm on 3 levels (ground floor, first floor, attic) for up to 5 persons (well-being occupancy: max 4 adults). In a quiet location in the district Böhl in St. Peter-Ording. The modern and loving decor offers the highest comfort. Allergikerfreundliches domicile without carpets.

Living room with sofa (2-3 persons), 2 wicker chairs, woodburning stove, TV, BluRay player, dining table with 5 chairs and two exit to the garden. Direct access to the furnished west-facing terrace with beach chair. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.
 Second Bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.

1. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and daylight.
 Second Bathroom with shower (low entry: about 15 cm), toilet, hair dryer and natural light.

Study with desk, chair, TV and pullout armchair (for teenagers).

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing set. Storage room with vacuum cleaner, cot and high chair.

Parking space (carport) and bicycle shed at the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The Landhaus am Störweg consists of 4 identical house parts A-D, of which parts of the house are A and C with dog. This part of the house D is located on the quietest side of the house.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Pets and smoking are not allowed. NOTE: Barbecuing is prohibited because of the thatched roof.

Der Gesamteindruck war gut. Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig, da im Obergeschoß alle Wände in leichtbauweise gebaut sind. Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer leider nur ein Sofa und zwei Korbsessel, dass lädt nicht zu einem gemütlichen Filmeabend zu viert ein. Auch das zweite Bad im Erdgeschoß ist nicht wirklich vollwertig, kaum Ablagen und beim Duschen wird nicht nur der Körper nass. Hier würde eine Duschtür schnell Abhilfe schaffen und den Bodenabzieher überflüssig machen. Vielleicht als letzte Info....neue Matratzen für die Betten wären nicht schlecht. Zwei Wochen möchte ich nicht darin schlafen. Trotzdem haben wir eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht und St.Peter Ording war immer eine Reise wert. Hier wird viel erneuert und die neue Uferpromenade ist wirklich schön. Wenn dann der zweite Bauabschnitt fertig ist, wird es noch schöner werden.

Haben 1 Woche über den Jahreswechsel in SPO verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles vorhanden,was man braucht. Es war eine schöne Woche.
