"We stayed over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better home for the holidays. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy. It felt very homely and was beautifully decorated, with lots of character and lovely period features. Alex was exceptional - so kind, generous and genuinely thoughtful. She brought in our grocery shopping when we had to check in late and went above and beyond to help us settle in. "We had an excellent week at the Shoreline Hideaway visiting family and exploring the south coast. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. It’s spacious with the bedroom at the rear, away from the occasionally busy road. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well - so important when traveling!"
