"The room was very cleaned and comfortable. I really appreciate how friendly and polite the staff were and how easy our check in was. Breakfast was a little simple (a bagel and coffee) but I usually don’t have a big breakfast so it was just fine for me. The hotel was in a great location and walking distance to good restaurants, transportation and attractions. "

"This hotel was great for our family, but lines for breakfast is very long. We were in line for 1 hour waiting for waffles. I can’t for the life of me understand how & why they only have 4 waffle makers for hundreds and hundreds of people. The waffles also seem to be the most popular breakfast, so you would think they would have been arrangement. Tried to talk to the “breakfast manager” who was collecting the meal tickets about it, but he had every excuse in the book as to why this was the best they could do. Unbelievable. We learned quickly & devised a plan the next day. "
