This beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach and is located on the top floor of the resort and features a well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a pullout couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The bedroom offers privacy and has a king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property! Everything was perfect! The Sandpearl Resort is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic beach, pool, restaurants, and more. The rooms are gorgeous with amazing views! The staff members at the hotel are wonderful and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was extremely nice and the owner/manager very accommodating. My only issue was the noise from the street. There was construction going on and the bar adjacent to the condo was open until 2:00 am. Unfortunately, we could hear the loud music until they closed and a little after with intoxicated people hanging around outside after closing. We are an older couple so for us it was not ideal. I'm sure younger renters would not mind.
