Perfect Stay
We didn't want to leave. The house is fully stocked!! I brought a lot of extras because I wasn't sure if they had certain items but this place has everything. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, koozies, laundry detergent, cooking oils, coffee filters and coffee, bug spray, board games and cards, pass to honeymoon island (super nice of owners to add that, really appreciated) the bikes were great for strolling downtown. There is a great restaurant across the street. The patio is the perfect way to end your day. Such an awesome trip and experience elevated by a great stay. We loved it so much, I would re-visit and stay here again.

Very clean. Great back patio. Remote in"seashell" bedroom didn't work on ceiling fan. We switched it with other queen bedroom Difficult to navigate if disabled. Nice town, restaurants very good, not much of a beach, have to drive to Clearwater.

A great place in Dunedin
This home was perfect! I have a lot of family in Dunedin, and we picked this location due to its proximity to their home. The location was great, just a short walk to the trail for easy access to downtown Dunedin and near to two parks, which was perfect as we traveled with a four-year-old. There was a ton of space for hosting my family members during the day, and the hot tub in the backyard was a major amenity. The kitchen had truly everything you could think of needing to prepare meals, there were ample blankets, and there were countless thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay even further. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and while we are very familiar with the area, it is clear they would be a huge asset to anyone visiting for the first time. We visit Dunedin at least once a year, and we all agreed that we would book this place again in a heartbeat!

just a perfect stay!
Well, I wish I lived in ths house - super-comfortable place for a family gathering. Wonderful, relaxing living room area where all five of us (plus the dog) could talk and watch a movie. Great kitchen for us to cook in, perfectly outfitted. The outdoor fenced-in backyard is a delight (with a great gas grill). Bedrooms are very comfortable; showers and washer-dryer all great. Everything was spotless, and T.J. was a terrific host who responded very quickly to our questions and requests. The house is a short walk away from "downtown" Dunedin (restaurants, breweries, and a farmer's market in the town square), and a 15-minute drive to Honeymoon Island (our favorite place for a stroll or beach time. There was even a public basketball court a couple of blocks away for a hoop-crazy son. Thanks, TJ, for a great place to spend a week.
