Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.

No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.

No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.

No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the location of the unit compared to the beach and other Restraunt’s and shops. Our friends were staying at Sandpearl resort which was very close. We will stay here again for sure.

Great location, price and staff

We loved our stay here. Management and staff was very accommodating from the start to the end. We had everything we needed in the condo/hotel and the location was perfect. I will say this… the hotel is a little older so if your someone that needs everything to be brand new maybe try a chain hotel but this place has a more personal mom and pop feel which is what we love.

Perfect little spot

We have come to stay here the past two years and love it. Everything is walking distance and the beach is right across the street. We never have any issues, they are great with communication and always a clean stay. We will definitely be back again next year!

Florida bound

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, lots of room to stretch out! So many restaurants to pick from, Reefers was our favorite, along with a cold beer at Shipwreck! Antoni was quick to respond to any questions or requests, also gave great tips on places to eat. We didn’t spend time at the pool, ocean was what we were after, but it looked nice! We will be back again!

My stay was awesome, the heated pool was nice, comfortable bed, love that i have my own kitchen (i didnt use it much out of laziness, no ones fault but mine haha), and you cant beat a 3min walk to the beach at this price! The room we stayed in could use a small bit of remodeling but its of no concern at all. Communication was slow before booking but i was able to get everything squared away. Overall 9/10

Perfect location to the beach and night life

The apartment is exactly as described and even bigger than imagined on the pictures. The location is literally right across from the beach and in walk-in distance to Clearwater Beach night life. The host is very much in communication and gives great tips on what to do and where to go. Check-in process, etc. made very easy as well. As a reminder - There is no one on site!
