1st. Floor... No up and down the steps. Completely renovated, new ceramic floors, new appliances new granite countertop, new air conditioner, new hot water heater, new 55 in TV. Bedroom has a king size bed. You're home away from home in Clearwater. This marvelous condo offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. With amenities like an iron, fitness room, washing machine, AC, WiFi, and a hair drye. The bathroom is well-appointed and ready to refresh you after a day of exploring. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Excellent place, location, and host.
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Condo is cute, well maintained. Location is perfect, everything is in close proximity from beaches to shops and restaurants. Tom was a great host, responsive and available to provide answers to our questions. Highly recommended place. I hope we will come again.
