2 BD/2BA Condo at Waterpark - 4 FREE waterpark passes

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (1110 Sq. Ft) that has enough room to sleep 8-10 people as it has a sleeper sofa for the extra large group.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 55" 4K TV. The guest bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a trundle that sleeps three kids! The lower bed is a full size, the upper bed is a twin size and it has a trundle unit which is also a twin size.
The couch is a sleeper sofa for the extra large group and actually is quite comfortable.
This unit has a full functional kitchen and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats cruise by or visit the 6th and 7th floor decks to watch the beautiful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico. You are a short two block walk to the beach.

The Condo was exactly as described. We absolutely love the location. Walk to the beach, Sit on the balcony watching boats and dolphins and hit the water park. We will be back next year! Thank you James for being a great host!

This location is amazing. So close to the beach, tons of great restaurants and a short drive to many stores (including Target). Although we experienced some out-of-anyone's control issues, the host, James was easy to contact and quick to reply and do his best to help us enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend this area for a family as the beach is a short walk away.

The place was perfect. Beach was like a 4 minute walk. They have a Walmart that’s like 5 minutes away in car also a CVS like 3 minutes away on foot. James was very helpful with everything. My family and I had a great time thank you!!!!

The only downside to this place is that we couldn’t stay longer. Beautiful condo, extra amenities, elevator ride to water park, bar ( and you can even just let the kids keep swimming and order from the snack shack or bar and the food was good). Short, quick walk to beach too. Our favorite part was watching the boats and dolphins from the balcony. This place is amazing!

Lovely condo with the basic kitchen necessities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 6. Great view on balcony. The beach toys, wagon, chairs were perfect for the short walk to beach. Very walkable and great location. Waterpark is a nice extra and very lively fun zone. Kid friendly and drinks and food bar for adults. Family friendly condo, location and community.

It was really nice to walk into a clean unit, beautiful view and being a mom of 4 littles, including a baby, packing for a baby is a lot, we ended up having to leave our stroller at home but were pleasantly surprised there was a stroller, a pack n play and other baby necessities. All beach necessities, we were planning on buying upon toys but didnt have to!

This was the best experience we have ever had. The owner, James was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. The complex was great for kids because of the water park that is on site. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was a short 3min walk. I highly recommend renting this condo!!! We will definitely be back

What a great week vacation we had here! We will be returning! Great property, great fun for the kids and time away for mom and dad! The water park was amazing and Indian Rocks the best place wvwr it was wonderful to walk to everything! Even have a CVS less than a block away is such a relief for a mom! thank you for having such great beach toys and a beach wagon!!! We loved it!!! Your place was amazing! Thank you James for opening your little slice of heaven and sharing it with us!

The overall stay was great! Water park was fun and glad it was included in our room. Location was great to beach and a few nice restaurants all within walking distance. The unit was very clean and better than expected. The only negative comment would be that the pool was open at all hours. 2 of our three nights kids at pool very late making lots of noise! Hard to sleep. I would stay there again!

This condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was very clean and well stocked. The beach chairs, toys and towels were a great bonus! The kids room was set up very well with plenty of space for my 3 young kids. Kitchen was fully stocked too. Great views overlooking the inter coastal waterway. Very short walk to the beach! The water park was fun for the kids - kids slides not heated in January but the pool and lazy river were. Already thinking about our next trip and will definitely stay here again!

We can’t say enough good things about the property and the amenities. The unit is well laid out. The furnishings and decor are up to date. It’s just a beautiful property. James was great to work with and sent welcome and departure letters with detailed, easy instructions. We will be back again for sure.

We had an amazing time at this condo! With having two kids under the age of five, means going to the beach each day isn’t ideal. Having four daily waterpark passes was the perfect solution!! We loved having the beach, Crabby Bills, and the ice cream shop only a few blocks away. We appreciate the beach wagon and toys easily accessible to us on days we did walk to the beach. My son loved watching the boats go by each day along with the pelican, fish, and dolphin. This was a vacation to remember, and we’ve already talked about booking again for next year. We have spread the word to several friends about this unit and what fun we had. Thanks again for a great stay!

We loved everything about this condo. The water park, the beach, the back porch! We saw dolphins every night on the back porch. So fun to watch the boats. All the chairs, wagon, beach stuff available. It was comfortable and very nice. Indian rocks beach is a beautiful spot that wasn’t to crowded. Great restaurants close. CVS close. We will definitely be back. We give the owner and the condo 5 stars! No complaints!

This condo was perfect location, clean and modern and had everything we needed for our beach getaway. The waterpark was an added plus for our granddaughters who loved their afternoon trips to the pool. James was always available to answer questions and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family visiting the IRB area. You really never need to leave as there are restaurants and activities all within walking distance from the unit. Thanks again for making our vacation a memorable one, we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the living room balcony and the sunset from the rooftop patio. All great perks that you don't always get in one location.

We had a great vacation! The kids enjoyed the water park and slides. The beach was within walking distance. The second day we took the beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler to the beach. Having those available to us was great! I especially enjoyed the coffee maker, balcony, and sunrises every morning. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and drier in the unit was ideal, it allowed us to pack less and have space to bring home souvenirs of our trip. We ventured out to Clearwater Beach one evening and on a rainy day we went to John’s Pass for some shopping and lunch. We ate a lot of good seafood. Had a great time, we will be back!
