Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Perfect Clearwater getaway

This property is such a perfect little gem. Had absolutely everything we needed and the owner/manager was so responsive and helpful! He gave us tons of recommendations on restaurants and he was not wrong on any that we tried. The section of beach that we were on was the best as far as we were concerned. You truly don’t want to miss out on this place!

3 Day Weekend Anniversary Get-Away

Weather was perfect. Location was awesome. It was easy to get set up on the beach not far from rental and still be within walking distance of great restaurants. Joe was very helpful with check-in/check-our procedures. Had what we needed for our beach days there for us on property. Traffic and beach in the area is a bit quieter than closer to the pier but all still easily accessible.

Adorable little studio with a VERY short walk to an amazing beach!! Close enough to town for an easy walk to food and entertainment. The studio was clean and well appointed with what you need. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay!

Couldn’t have asked for an easier check in along with a great location. Nice price range as well. Beach was just a short walk away (practically your backyard more or less) and the owner is more than accommodating and accessible. Everything was very clean and modern on the inside and provides you with practically everything you need for your stay. My Girlfriend and I loved our stay and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in clear water.

The studio was perfect for our girl's getaway. Small, but very clean. Location was perfect and Joe was not only responsive but had all the beach necessities available. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful

Spent 2 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. So close to a non busy section of the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Thankful to Joe for supplying beach chairs and all we could need to make it an enjoyable stay. The cottage was cozy and Joe didn’t scrimp on any part. We will return.

Great Experience

Joe, the host, was so great to work with! His communication was above and beyond what is expected. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. The amenities were top notch! We appreciated the quality of the room; granite countertops, soft toilet paper, aloe vera sunburn lotion, a fan, coffee maker with coffee and beach chairs with an umbrella. Joe really thought about what guests are looking for in a comfortable stay. Great Experience!
