***Update October/November 2024: pool not in service, we hope it's up and running by end of November, Please check before booking if this is important to you. Elevator is working, we are on the second floor. Otherwise area recovering well from Hurricane :-) Restaurants have been steadily opening along Gulf Blvd, plenty of places to enjoy dining out and all grocery stores/restaurants across the barrier island bridge open*** Amazing Direct Gulf Front Corner Unit. 3 Bedrooms 3 Full Baths totaling 1,500 Sqft. All the bedrooms are en-suite for privacy and all have windows with view to the Gulf!. The balcony has full Beach views and it's set up with outdoor dining table to enjoy the panoramic views. Tile throughout the entire condo with an updated main bathroom. Fully furnished and stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs & umbrella, 2 assigned parking spots, gulf Front headed swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills.
Great location in Redington Shores, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We provide linens, regular towels, Beach chairs, umbrella, initial toilet paper and soaps along with initial paper towel, we provide laundry detergent for you to use the coin communal laundry room that's located conveniently located right outside the condo. Booking fee not refundable.

The condo was perfect for our group! 3 bedrooms / 3 baths gave us plenty of room to relax. Beach and pool were perfect. Beds were very comfortable and lots of fun things to do in the area. Would stay there again for sure. thanks!!

We had a wonderful time! The view was absolutely beautiful and the condo was stocked well and had everything that we needed. We really appreciated the beach gear as well since we weren’t able to bring much with us. We will be back again!

Great location. Plenry of space. View of sunsets amazing. Easy acces to trolley. Beqch gear provided. Condo needs some improvements. Sofas need cleaned, blinds and bathroom towel bar need replaced. Beds need updated

Great location with a great view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Negatives: only 1 key in lock box; took 2 days for manager to get back to us; TV access was very cumbersome- need directions, need new Spectrum remotes and new batteries; lightbulb out in master bathroom; not enough accessible beach chairs; couches need to be cleaned; thermostat closest to the exit door is falling off; living room shade doesn't open and close, needs to be fixed or replaced.
