This Indian Rocks Beach oceanfront condo offers guests beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and easy access to area attractions, not to mention a shared pool and hot tub at the complex. Guests will enjoy cable TV in every room and a private washer/dryer.

Several dining options are available right across the street, and JD's also offers drinks, music, and dancing. Boating and fishing are popular area activities, and nearby attractions include the Indian Rocks Historical Museum, Splash Harbour Water Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Other options include the Largo Golf Course and Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, which is fun for the whole family!

Excellent condo. Living space is spacious and comfortable. Location is exceptional. The beachfront location is not only beautiful but very handy. You can walk right out to the pool or the beach and in the evenings you are within walking distance of excellent dining options. You are also in walking distance of several shopping options. Great place to stay and a beautiful condo.

The unit was very comfortable. Spacious, clean, well stocked. Balcony furniture was comfortable providing a good seat for the awesome view of the beach and all its offerings. Oceanside is located within walking distance for restaurants, souvenirs, pharmacy, drinks, and of course the pool and beach is right there! Do wish the code for the door had fewer numbers to remember!

The condo was very nice. The view was awesome, and the location was fantastic. The reason for 4 stars, and not 5, was because the refrigerator did not have a water filter installed, and maintenance was supposed to come back and bring one, but that never happened. Also, the toilet paper was single ply and see through. We had to buy TP on Day 2 because of this. Otherwise, we loved the placed and would go back.

The property was clean and full of conveniences- we just had to show up . Located within walking distance of stores and restaurants , the beach is clean and no crowded , the pool was fun for my kids . The condo itself was great with a great view of the ocean . We would book this again !

We loved that the beach here was not crowded and that there were many bars and restaurants in walking distance. We also were happy to have the cabana with beach toys and chairs.

This condo was our favorite at Indian Rocks Beach so far. We appreciate that it's updated inside and the furnishings were very comfortable. The location is great, and the condo was immaculately clean. We are vacation rental owners ourselves, so we know that it can be difficult to keep things spotless. Great job, Vacasa. We are already longing to come back.

Our condo was wonderful. I was very disappointed in the pool area. The pool, hot tub & pool area were never cleaned the entire time we were there. This may hurt our chances of returning next year.

We enjoyed this ocean front home! IRB is one of the best and we enjoy coming here often. Oceanside 404 was lovely and had two spacious rooms. The only downside was the front door and pool keys-would love to update to a keypad or the like for ease of use! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have nothing but good things to say about the property’s accommodations and location. However, to find out two hours before we were to check in that the central air conditioning system wasn’t working was a shock , a disappointment, and an inconvenience for our entire stay. Then to find out that they knew about it not up and running when I booked, and not mention it, seemed deceitful. I would have looked for another property. As a Premier Host myself on Vrbo, this seems unacceptable.

Beautiful location. Several restaurants within walking distance. Property should change pool/beach access to keypad instead of keys. Also need to rework wash off area from beach- need hose and mats- otherwise wash off and then track sand to steps. Also, electronic lock for condo door would be better than having key.

We booked this property as a last minute Thanksgiving getaway. The reviews were spot on. Beautiful condo. Well kept, comfortable, everything we needed. The location was perfect-a short path to the beach, pool and hot tub right below the balcony. Amazing restaurants super close. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

This rental was fabulous! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything one could use to feed 2 or 10 people. Our family group had wonderful times with family meals and of course dessert. The family room overlooks the beach with a huge sliding glass door.
