- Enjoy the privacy of this award-winning cottage directly on the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, Chic a si Cottage is built of cypress with a tin roof, Bermuda shutters, and original gingerbread trim. An expansive deck and lawn between the cottage and the beach invites outdoor living with Adirondack chairs, hammock, porch swing, and a dining gazebo with overhead fan and large gas grill. The private outdoor shower allows bathing under the sun or moon. Generous private parking. Newly designed kitchen with all new appliances in 2025. Fireplace, central heating and air-conditioning, washer/dryer.
