Enjoy your peaceful mornings and your tranquil evenings from your private thirty-five-foot-long balcony with its long, picturesque Intracoastal Waterway views that only the eighth floor PENTHOUSE can provide. In addition, you are steps away from the spacious sanctuary rooftop deck where you can embrace the sunrise or just rest in the provided lounge chairs, and then, later, from your front balcony, witness the fabulous color show of the sunset over the Gulf. All this from one of the two largest units, 1,940 square feet, with three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, den, and office. Our recently renovated Beach Home, with an investment of over $100,000, includes updated bathrooms, fresh paint, new tile floors throughout, new living and dining room furniture, new sheets, towels, and pillows, a new 50-gallon water heater, new ceiling fans and more. Our renovations will hopefully provide a feeling of belonging and comfort, where memories can be made and cherished and you will want to return to year after year. Updated photos of the condominium’s interior will be available following renovations.
Beyond the foyer, the office has a computer, printer, second refrigerator, and wine cooler. The spacious living room provides stunning views and a welcoming space to entertain family and friends. The dining room with its water views can accommodate six to eight guests.
As gourmet chefs, we have equipped the kitchen with an array of essential items to facilitate the preparation of exquisite meals. The kitchen includes ample serving pieces, flatware service for twelve, full sets of glassware, a Keurig coffee-maker, an electric tea pot, a toaster, and an induction stove top. The breakfast bar, both in the morning and in the evening, beckons you to relax with the water views.
Our Beach Home offers a luxurious main suite with a king-size bed, dresser and nightstands, a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a flat screen Smart TV. From a private balcony accessible through sliding glass doors, one can observe beautiful yachts cruising up and down the waterway and appreciate the natural beauty of Florida's wildlife, including dolphins and various species of birds, offering an exceptional retreat experience. The primary bathroom has two areas, one with the shower, basin, Toto toilet, and washer/dryer (only found in penthouse units); the other separate bath area has a basin, sit-down vanity and a linen and hamper closet, affording space and luxury only found in larger homes. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are available.
The other two guest bedrooms each have king-size beds, ceiling fans, TVs, dressers, and large closets with a shared newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Off the kitchen is a light and airy den with windows highlighting the sunset with shutters that can be closed to darken the room for a night of watching a movie on the flat screen Smart TV or enjoying music, playing games, or reading a book.
Bay Shores Yacht and Tennis Club offers endless days of fun. The resort has a newly renovated heated pool and spa with an adjacent tiki bar overlooking the waterway, his and her saunas (currently being renovated), lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, boat slips (on request), picnic gazebos, pool side gas grills, fishing pier, shuffleboard, and a putting green. (Putter, golf balls, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis racquets, and a wagon to load up the beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are provided). Use one of the two designated lighted walkways to cross Gulf Blvd to reach the white, sugary sand beach of Indian Shores.
For easy access to nearby entertainment, restaurants and even more beaches, the Suncoast Beach Trolley offers to take you anywhere from St. Pete Beach to Downtown Clearwater along the Gulf Blvd with a stop at the condominium’s entrance. Smuggler’s Cove miniature golf is right in front of the condominium. Great fun for the entire family and mention you are staying at Bay Shores for a discount.

Laundry Facilities (located on fourth floor): 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Temperature: The A/C is set to not allow settings below 72 degrees, as recommended by our HVAC technicians for proper maintenance.
Pet Policy: HOA does not allow pets.
Smoking: No Smoking allowed.
Accessibility: two elevators. North elevator is closest to the unit.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, and bath soap).
City Regulations/Noise: Please respect quiet hours as posted around the building.
