• In the bedroom, you will find queen size bed with comfortable I-comfort mattress & walk-in closet.
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and owner's Internet access
• Open concept studio style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals.
• Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit.
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and available personal care supplies.
• Screened, furnished patio a place where you can relax with a morning coffee.
• For guests traveling with kids a pullout sofa bed in the living room is a great option.
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs.

The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Easy parking and everything nearby. Very thorough binder that describes everything in the condo and surrounding area which was very helpful. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely book this unit again! Had an amazing time! We came down for our first wedding anniversary and found this lovely condo! It was clean, beautiful and in a great location. Only minutes from a couple different beaches we were able to visit. We had an excellent stay and would recommend staying here for your next trip to Clearwater!

This property was very clean and lived up to all of its previous reviews. The location is perfect if you are interested in traveling to other locations or staying in the local area.
