The master bedroom offers a private sanctuary, complete with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in shower, and elegant finishes. The backyard serves as an outdoor sanctuary. A sprawling pool takes center stage, enveloped by a spacious sun-drenched deck, perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Hurricane Helene took a toll on most of the coast of pinellas county. The house has been updated and has passed all inspections and required codes for the city and fema. The beachs are back open and St. Pete Beach and it's amazing community has done a lot to rebuild after the loss of so many business homes and spirits. We are excited to have you enjoy this home and the amazing neighborhood, and the sounding area.
