Welcome to this charming house in St. Petersburg, Florida one block away from the beautiful lake Marjorie. This property features a guest unit with a private entrance, 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, a lovely bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like a hair dryer and cleaned towels, has a fully functioning and equiped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and blender. Guests also have a outside seating area where you can relax and enjoy the incredible Banyan tree we have on our patio .
