Perfect

Great house in a great location--close to Gulfport and St. Petersburg downtown. The back yard is wonderful for morning coffee and evening meals/cocktails. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Joseph!

Fantastic house!

Just a terrific place to stay. The location is great—close to downtown, Pasadena, Gulfport and the beaches (with the Sun Runner running just a few blocks away). The house itself is well done inside—comfortable beds, a nice living-dining area, and a big, well-furnished kitchen if you want to cook ( plus a grill outside). Joe and Nick are excellent hosts —responsive and on top of things. We will use this place whenever we are in Dt. Pete.

A birthday getaway!

I came down to visit with my son, celebrate his birthday. We were able to get around and go to Madeira Bch, a really nice dinner out, and relax on your deck. You had a varity of appliances which really made a difference. The chocolates were a nice touch! Thank you

Recommend and Would stay Again

The house was cute and clean! The backyard is spacious and has lots of areas for hanging out. Loved the hammock!!! The host is super cool and communicates quickly with you. We couldn’t quite figure out the ceiling fan remotes and which belong to which fan and what room but that’s no biggie. We felt safe in the area and surrounding homes. The house is on a main road so you can hear the cars driving by but it wasn’t a bother for us. Would stay again if in the area. The drive to the main area of downtown St. Pete is close and a close drive to Treasure Island!!! Within minutes you can be in some fun places. Location to all activities was easy and quick.
