Crescent Lake park and several dining and retail options are also an easy stroll away.

This second floor private residence has recently been renovated and features a large bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and walk in closet.

The living area boasts is a spacious dining and living area which both comfortably seat four. The grand all seasons room provides additional seating as well as a daybed for occasional naps.

The charming kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal when you aren't out exploring the city.

Comfortable, clean apartment for a two week stay

We stayed at this location for two weeks while visiting with family nearby. The property is clean; convenient, comfortable and quiet. it does need some "brightening up"- more of a Florida motif- and refreshed furniture. There is lots of empty space that could be used for relaxing with appropriate furniture. it met our needs well as we spent most of our time elsewhere.
