Cheerful, Pet Friendly, One Bedroom, Walk to Beach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Serenity at North Beach is nestled in a quiet, seaside neighborhood; the second of 3 units. This one bedroom unit sleeps 4. You will have access to a patio with a grill and seating. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets with access to the semiprivate, dog friendly beach less than a block away.

Clearwater Beach, as with all Pinellas barrier island beaches, has limited parking. The Jolley Trolley is a fun and inexpensive way to get around. You can also rent a golf cart. Happy's Golf Cart Rentals will deliver you a street legal, fully insured golf cart to fit your needs.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 11:00 a.m.

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

It was a perfect place to stay with my daughter and her friend. The place was nicely set up with a very short walk to the beach. We had some specific requests and the hosts helped us out very efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We specifically picked this place because it was listed there was a hot tub as amenity. Very disappointed to aerive and there was mot. As we had also seen it listed in puctures in post of unit in front as well. False advertising. And there was a water disconnect notice on frony door when we arrived to check in
