This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps 5 and has a large kitchen, dining and living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the balcony and a large en suite with a shower and jetted tub. The guest bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed, with a bathroom just off the hallway.

Spread out in the large living room with a leather reclining couch, two separate leather recliners a large screen tv, or gather the family on the large balcony overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico.

Fully stocked with everything you'll need, including a washer and dryer, make yourself at home and enjoy the amenities! Close to everything, you can walk to Gulf Blvd. nightlife and, the historic Corey Ave. District with shops and restaurants. The condo does include 1 spot inside the parking garage, and plenty of parking for guests.

There is so much to do in the Tampa Bay Area and surrounding! Condominium rules only allow a minimum stay of three months.
