A private spacious, newly renovated, well equipped modern home, including access to your own hot tub, a well-kept fenced in turfed back yard, back yard fire pit, grill, Florida room with 4 televisions.

3 full bedrooms all with smart tv’s, two bathrooms with showers

Easily Sleeps 6 individuals with room for more. 15 minutes to the beautiful st Pete beaches
The master bedroom has it’s own bathroom. The other bedrooms have big closets and great space. There is one full bath with towels provided. The linen closet in the hallway provides extras if needed.

Loved this place!

Definitely recommend this place! This house was great for my friends and I for our weekend getaway near the beach. Loved how spacious the house is!

Quiet neighborhood & centrally located

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was quiet and centrally located, with many amenities nearby. The hot tub was cleaned each week, and the appliances were in good working condition. The owner was always prompt in answering questions and providing support when needed. Having a fenced-in backyard provided privacy and tranquility during the evenings after working remotely from this location for the past three months.
