Welcome to El Palmar Cottage Unit I, your serene getaway nestled in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy modern essentials, air conditioning for those warm Florida days, and general heating for cozy evenings. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet and whip up your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen. Just steps away from the sandy shores, El Palmar Cottage promises a memorable beach escape.

Beach access at both corners of the property. The closest is on the north end, 3 doors from our front, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Max 2-3 minutes' walk. You'll also have a nice lounging area in the back covered patio and private parking too!
El Palmar is a duplex property (2 Apt) that transforms into one Large Beach House by an INDOOR connection between second and third bedrooms. In addition, it has a connecting walkway between our two balconies (front and rear) for an outdoor connection. It is perfect for a large group of friends or a family's fun getaway Across the Beach. If you are interested in the Whole House Option, please ask the Owner. When booking the Whole House, is where you do not share the amenities.
