Daily rental 2 bedroom beach apartment offers a private entrance, pets and children welcome Ground floor with no steps . Perfect for two couples or a family with children. Sleeps 6 maximum with sofa bed. Enjoy quality amenities like, Samsung Smart Stainless Steel appliances, tile floor, decorated like a beach cottage with gray tile floors, and white bead board ceilings and walls. 4 Adirondack chairs right in front overlook Mandalay Ave. Best restaurants and tiki bars just two blocks walk on the beach. Famous Pier 60 just 5 blocks walk. Free Rides go by all day, and Jolley Trolley every 15 minutes. Enjoy Clearwater Beach without a car.

Rental for one night is generally the day before a check in or after a blocked date, but may not be available in the middle of the week. Please email or call prior to booking on line.for midweek on night rentals. There may be a 3 night minimum on holidays please inquire.

This property offers early check in, as early as 2 :00 and late check out when available at no extra charge
Pets permitted only $100 per stay not per day like the hotels
Guests love to sit on their covered tile patio and watch
bicycles, boogie boards, and skate boarders go by. Never ending entertainment watch tourist stumble in and out of the famous Shipwreck Bar, a big tourist attraction.


This beach apartment may be tight for 6 adults if the sofa bed is left open, but also is a great value. Clearwater Cottages offers 3 bedroom beach cottages as well.

We welcome families with lots of kids and pets, guests who enjoy walking back and forth to beach all day, chill out on the Adirondack chairs out front, and want a fun ,easy going beach vacation at a good value.

Please do not expect a large fancy 2 bedroom condo. You get a great value, have lots of fun, clean and great remodel, and personal service from the Cottage Counselors.
