Great Location

The condo was perfect for two couples. It was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! The private beach was nice and we were walking distance from shops, great food, and bars. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Family weekend getaway

Everything was as expected. Great location & very safe! Gorgeous sunsets! We did have an unexpected fire sprinkler inspection & they came in our unit at 8a.m. Never received email or warning. Then fire alarms continued to go off all day starting at 9:30a.m. Other than that, great.

Our stay at Sandy Shores was great! The premises were clean, from the rooms to the pool, to the beach. The condo was fairly well stocked, we could have used dishwasher soap, but we purchased some. The location is prime-walking distance to John's Pass and the trolley stops. Thank you for a great stay!

The stay was very nice but getting the codes to open all the doors was very frustrating. The first codes sent were not correct. I would suggest a more easy way for families.

Condo on beach

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. The condo itself felt dirty. Couldn’t walk barefoot in the place because our feet just collected dirt- this was before we went down to the beach. The deck has a view of ocean, but all you hear is the loud roaring motor of the condo building next door, so not pleasant to sit on deck. Overall, it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Condo was nice and accurate to description. Host was responsive to communication and offered partial refund due to being evacuated due to hurricane. Host was very understanding that all check out list couldn’t be completed due to this.

Great location - easy beach access

We had a brief stay before moving my oldest daughter back to school. The property was in a great location directly across the street from John’s Pass. The unit was clean, and there were beach chairs available for use. Love the easy access to the pool and beach. Only complaint would be that I found the pillows in the master bedroom to be a bit uncomfortable…but I just prefer my own pillow. We loved the place itself and the owners/property managers were very responsive to our request for a guest parking pass and extra towels. Would definitely stay here again!

The living room ceiling appeared to have a large stain, maybe soda bottle exploding.

Master bathroom ceiling not working. Those two items aside we had a wonderful time! Great area/beach!
