This house can sleep up to 10 people [1 king 2 queen 2 twin beds & bunk beds ]. We have a coffee station ready for you before you enjoy your day at the Florida beaches or hang out and have a pool day!

Great little vacation house for the weekend great house clean when we got there, the property manager was cool helped with all the questions we had during the weekend. Was super close to the beach!!! Would recommend the this place to anybody, and would book again.

This was an amazing stay! The location was awesome was literally only 30 minutes from anything we had going on for that day. The property was amazing I LOVE the pool and patio area! We had a little difficulty working the thermostat but finally figured it out. All together awesome stay and awesome location.

This is the perfect spring break location. Close to everything fun! The property itself is super clean, very spacious. The size is great for adults and teens to not feel like they're constantly in each other's space. The pool and backyard are beautiful! Definitely feels like a home away from home. The host is very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

I understand that they were coming off 2 hurricanes but there was plenty of time to do touch ups inside and out. Landscaping was completely destroyed, but the dead plants should be removed, rake out the landscape to make it even. The exterior furniture was worn and beaten up badly.Pool was GREAT, being heated was a must because the weather was a bit chilly. If they took care of the property i would consider returning next year but not in its current condition.

Pool was great. Lots of beds. Grocery stores close by. It’s about 20 minutes from most beaches which turned out to be a little long for our kids, but other than a slightly inland location we had an amazing time.

Nice, safe neighborhood, close to Frida’s bakery, stores. Need a car but close to botanical gardens, heritage village (free). 20 minutes to beach and chairs, umbrella provided. Nice, clean pool and covered Florida room.

The host was always willing to communicate with us. We stayed in the house right after 2 major hurricanes, and everything was wonderful. The host told us a couple of times she was willing to refund our money because of roof damage to the house. We were not concerned about that and were happy to stay there. The house was clean, and the grandchildren had fun swimming in the pool. The neighborhood was clean and the house was in a great location to drive to other attractions and such. There was plenty of room for all of us to rest and relax. Thank you for letting us stay at your rental.

Spring break with 3 adults and 6 teens (16 and 17 yr olds). Slept us all comfortably. Pool was great. Enjoyed the outside covered patio. Good location for getting to Tampa and beaches. Host was available for questions. Overall great experience!

Owners were not far away and were very responsive to our requests. Family enjoyed the back yard pool a lot and inside was cozy. Kitchen well appointed. Lanai next to pool great place to relax. Four bedrooms and two baths. Master shower had multiple shower heads and rain forest shower head. Very enjoyable.

Overall the home was clean, the bedrooms very comfortable & the master shower amazing! We did find dog poop in the yard when we 1st arrived. The hammock was torn & unusable as where the loungers. The desk chair was broken & there were metal tiles from the roof that were left out….especially dangerous with little kids. You might consider adding a pool rail for the older guests making it easier to get in & out!

I am from a small town and live off the beaten path. It was nice to be near places without hearing the busyness. We had two families of 5 housed comfortably fit in the house with space/bedrooms. It was clean, easy to find, and we LOVED the out door seating/patio with the T.V. We finished every evening sitting outside enjoying the weather and each others company. The pool was clean and there was water toys in outdoor storage containers for the kids. The mastered bathroom has a door to the back patio/pool area. It was helpful for the kids when they had to go to the bathroom instead of running through the entire house. My only small complaint is that the description stated minutes from Clearwater. To me minutes is 15 minutes or less. It took closer to 30-40 minutes to get to Clearwater. We used the grill a lot also and one of the burners was not working.

Loved the pool. The layout of the house and its location were great. We were there for 7 days, and we ate all our meals at the house (or took sandwiches in the provided cooler). We had a couple suggestions for the owner that we left on a note. She was very responsive, and indicated she was out shopping for what we suggested. We enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed here with a good friend who came to visit me here in Florida from Ohio. We do a "girls trip" yearly. I live just 15 minutes from this house in an apartment but I wanted to rent a home with a private pool to make it feel like I was on vacation also. This house is spectacular. It was recently renovated and the owners didn't skimp in quality. The beds have all new mattresses, bedding and pillows. The mattress I slept on was beyond comfortable. It was heavenly. I have a bad lower back and am always afraid of being able to sleep without waking in pain while staying somewhere. The house is tastefully decorated and has all new appliances. In the main bathroom there is a super cool rain shower and a door that leads out to the pool area. We spent the majority of time in the backyard. There is a covered area overlooking the pool with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan and TV. The pool was extremely clean and had obviously just been completely redone. There is a gas grill which we used a couple of times which had a full tank of gas. Communication with the hosts was great! Checking in and out was made super easy. We had a couple of questions after we arrived and the host was very quick to respond. It was clear they were there for us and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our 3 night stay. We are already planning for our stay next Spring. I have rented several homes through VRBO and other rental sites. I can easily say that this home was my favorite by far. The pictures don't do it justice, it exceeded my expectations in every way!!! Thanks to the hosts. We can't wait to come back.
