Freshly renovated, and ready for your Johns Pass and Beach vacation! 100 yard walk to Johns Pass shops, stroll the board walk full of restaurants, shops and water sports. Grab some ice cream and walk to the beach (5-7 mins) for the sunset! This newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment has comfort in mind! What it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in convenience, comfort and is in the best location on the beach! Providing a relaxed Florida beach vibe, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests with its King bed, as well as a convertible couch best suited for kids or by request we will put a queen air mattress in that is larger but takes up more room in the apartment. We will provide extra linens when bookings for more than 2 are made. This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the bed is brand new and super comfortable. We have 1 parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town! If you have more than one vehicle, please message us before booking so we can ensure arrangements can be made.
You have a private 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to yourself in this multi family apartment building. Although there are not water views from inside this space, you do have access to the back yard and dock area to enjoy the views. There are no shared spaces inside your unit.
