Place had great views of the beach, balcony was spacious, easy walk to the beach, condo was roomy and equipped with most kitchen essentials. A couple negative items was the parking, one space was difficult with nine people and at one point someone ended up parking in our designated spot, and very limited toiletries (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels) so come prepared. Overall we had a great time.

Great bday weekend stay

The property was clean. The location right on the beach was excellent. Not too far from John’s pass. we walked there. Took about 15 minutes. Really can’t complain about anything. It was a wonderful weekend with my sisters.

Overall good stay at Las Brisas

Unit and location to beach and restaurants was really good. Malfunctioning pool heater and elevator were frustrating; however, management was responsive to my concerns and equipment was repaired within two days of our week long stay. Renovation projects were going on during our stay to enhance the property which was good. Recommend budgeting to resurface parking lot and a long term recapitalization project to add another elevator. Again, overall stay was good and would return.

Girls weekend

Nice place, spacious for the 10 of us. Amazing view. The knocks against the rating are few….the biggest being no ice maker. There were a few dirty towels left behind by the cleaning staff, mold growing on and in the shower knob in the master bath and a few lights were not working (outlets good), most likely a bulb issue…..outside of the ice maker, all easily fixable items. All in all, great location and accommodations.

Great Spot on the Beach!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront unit. The view was fabulous and hearing the waves was so peaceful. The unit was just as pictured in the listing. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the dual function (K-pods or basket) Keureg coffee machine. Trash disposal is simple with a trash chute on the 3rd floor. Communications from the rental manager were very good through the entire process. There is only one relatively slow elevator for the building. If you visit at a busy time you will be waiting on it. There are two supermarkets nearby, a Winn Dixie and a Publix. We enjoyed the fresh seafood from the nearby Rick's Reef _Madeira Beach, try their grilled grouper and calamari. The check-in process at a nearby TRS location went smoothly, however we had difficulty with the electronic door lock not opening when we arrived. The code had to be re-programmed from the office for us to enter which was definitely an inconvenience as it took about an hour. Suggest you do not take your bags up till you confirm the lock opens properly. You are only assigned 1 parking spot and the locations of the spots are totally random which makes it difficult to find your spot upon arrival. Your parking spot for Unit 305 is the 2nd space immediately on the left as entering the lot.

This property offers a wonderful retreat. The space was clean and fully stocked with what we needed to enjoy and be self sufficient. The ease of walking out on the beach and acres to the pool was perfect. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping made this trip great for our whole family. Can’t wait to book again next year! N

Clean comfortable condo with easy beach access and several surprise extras.

We believe sleeper sofa which sags greatly when sat upon should be replaced and tub should have stopper for baths.

2023 June stay with blended family of 7

Great property and awesome view. Shower needed a little more pressure and many chairs for beach were broke. All in we bought a tent and left it there as it’s a must with the sun and we did have a good stay. I’d def stay again in the future even with the minor hiccups we experienced.

Perfect spot for R&R

A bit pricey, but great location, great choice for a girls’ beach stay. It was very nice to each have our own room and plenty of common living space besides. Nice big balcony with more than enough seating. Beach not too crowded, pool right on the beach, easy walk to food, drink, and groceries. We didn’t have to use our car at all. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing vacation

This condo was perfect! It was more than spacious enough for 5 adults, and my granddaughter, the kitchen was very accommodating for cooking. The condo was cozy and the property so relaxing. You can't help but unwind! There was plenty to do right at the condo - from having a cup of coffee and watching the dolphins form the balcony in the morning , playing/relaxing on the beach, cooling off in the pool, and then top off the evening with a glass of wine and an amazing sunset. With its white sands and warmer Gulf waters, we all had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back!
