Madeira Bay Resort #316 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has two twin size beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

My experience was great. I like staying in the condo I stayed in because it's at end of hall and always very clean. The office staff couldn't be more helpful and the custodian keeps the public areas clean.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I wanted to comment on this property, that they are violating Florida real estate law by promoting it as two bedrooms, two bathrooms, when in reality it is a bedroom and a Den, a small room without a closet, in addition to the uncomfortable beds in both rooms, the dryer it doesn't work well and neither does the dishwasher. Overall, this property was a terrible experience, especially for four adults.
