Tropic Breezes #20 - This is a great updated One Bedroom One Bath located mid-way down Madeira Beach, just across the street from the sandy beach. Updated kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless appliances (no dishwasher). Large flat panel TV in living area. Two double beds in the bedroom just off the updated bath with tub shower combo. Convenient quiet location just across from beach access. TB20 is by far the best value in updated accommodations to sleep at least 4 in all of Madeira Beach.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Heated pool and ample lounge space for this small 20 unit complex. Walk to local restaurants, pubs and convenience stores. Approximately 1/2 mile south of supermarket, city center, library and city parks. Located 1 mile north of famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

Nice little condo, good location.

Very clean and nice condo. Property manager was very honest and helpful! Just across the street from beautiful beach and a short drive to John’s Pass. Highly recommend for small family!

Great spot for a relaxing stay

Loved the convenience of being a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and having a gas station next by. The condo was comfortable and exactly as advertised. It’s also within an hour of a few ballparks so it’s a good spot if you’re hoping to go to some Spring Training games
