Welcome to Beachy Breeze, our family vacation home in Largo, FL!

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood (non-flood zone), our solar powered, beach-themed home provides you and your family a fun and relaxing place to lounge, rest, and play while enjoying all that the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer.

Spend the day at nearby Sand Key Park or Indian Rocks Beach, take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Clearwater Beach, or simply stay home and splash around in the private heated pool. The home is conveniently located near shopping and groceries, with easy access to popular spots like St. Pete Pier, Fort de Soto, or even the Florida theme parks (Busch Gardens, Legoland, Disney, Universal, & Sea World).

Home can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. Please make sure when booking that all guests are added to the reservation, including pets.

Check-in is at 4pm with keyless entry
Check-out by 10am

Parking is available in the garage or driveway.

The home is stocked with a starter set of supplies, including garbage bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. These will not be replenished during your stay, so please plan to provide additional supplies as needed.

Pool and yard maintenance occurs on a weekly scheduled basis. A complete cleaning and turnover of the home occurs after each guest departure. For long term stays, weekly cleaning services can be requested and arranged for an additional fee.

**Please note, the house is equipped with a security camera above the garage and at the doorbell for safety and security of the property.

**Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Great home for large group!

This property was very clean with lots of space and accommodations for a large family. The host was easy to contact if needed with a quick response. Home was a short ride to the beach with lots of beach accessories for us to use. All in all a great place! Highly recommend

Lovely Vacation

The home is spacious and pleasant filled with things for the kids to do. We love the fact that it was far enough away from the beach and main roads to be quiet in the evening. The hosts we very communicative.

We had a nice stay. The house was close to our family we were visiting. Lots of restaurants 5-10 minutes away. We enjoyed the pool, foosball and table tennis. When we needed to contact the owner they responded quickly. We would stay here again!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Awesome place for a family looking to spend time close to the beach. Short distance to numerous attractions. Clean house with comfortable living spaces and a great pool area to relax out back. Loved the added pool toys, kids toys, games, beach chairs and toys!

Beautiful peaceful stay

Very responsive and courteous host! The home is exactly as pictured. We traveled with our teenage son, elderly parents and our puppies. We all had exactly what we needed in the home. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I highly recommend this property for booking.

Great property, great stay!

We had a family vacation which included kids and grandparents. This property was ideal for us. Close to everything and comfortable. It has a great layout and even though we were without a washer for most of our stay, Brays communicated with us very promptly. We had a great time!

Quiet Neighborhood

Enjoyed 3 weeks at property. Bryan very responsive to any questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice pool kept clean. Close to Clearwater Beach area. Good location centrally located to many attractions. Nice museums in St. Pete to visit, as well as Tampa area.

We were a 3-generation family of 8 and enjoyed 10 nights at the property, lots of room for everyone and the grandkids loved the pool. The location is excellent for accessing the beach (10 minutes), and other sites in around Largo/Clearwater etc, and close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and more. Wonderful!

We enjoyed out long time rental of this home. Bryan is a great host, attentive to our needs/questions. It is in a great location, minutes from beaches. Clean and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood. Pool was great, screened in, so very little debris. Short drive to the barrier islands/keys. Lots of different restaurants. Lot of dog friendly business and parks, only one beach an hour away. Over all, a great place to hide from northern winter.

Fantastic mini vacation

What a terrific weekend! This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family. It was very clean and well maintained. I stayed for a weekend with my son and four of my grandsons age 10 to 13. There was plenty of room to all be together or to be in separate areas. The pool was used at least 4 times. The boys also enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables. I plan to rent a house again since it is only a half hour from my house.

Perfect house!

The home is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. It was very clean and beautiful. It was also stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We went with a group of teenagers from my daughters birthday and they all had a great time at the house! Bryan was quick to respond to my text messages. we loved our stay, thank you!
