Great get away and relaxing time

The location was what we needed as a family. Great balcony to relax in. Great beach area to walk in. Great areas close by to go kayaking. The place was well equipped with items for cooking, towels, a small air fryer/oven. Great location also to great restaurants. Would recommend in a heart beat. Look forward to going back.

Great location directly on the beach!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 days and it was amazing. Great location directly on the beach. Clean and convenient to lots of resturants, shops, etc. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was great! Better than I expected on a last minute booking for spring break. It was clean, well stocked, and beach access was perfect, and a quiet beach at that. Multiple restaurants in walking distance, clear and quick communication with the owners. Check in was a breeze, super friendly front desk staff.

Location Location Location

We have stayed at the Island Inn several times over the past few years. Always good value for money, balcony view, pool, Tiki Bar, and right on the Gulf. Close proximity to everything you need. We always come back! Thanks once again for a wonderful beach holiday.

Use Dry Setting on A/C

Very nice place. Views are great. Place is well equipped. Beach chairs were nice. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, nice chairs on the balcony, parking easy. Sandbar, 30 yards off shore, is loaded with sand dollars, pack goggles. Needs: Bigger coffee starter pack, bigger tub/sink soap. Didn't notice the Alexis until day 3, would have unplugged it. We had a great stay.

Nice place with a fantastic view of the Gulf.

It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect.

Oh the view!!

For a studio room, the layout is good. They make the best of the space available. The beds were very comfortable. The view was remarkable. Right on the beach, close to the water. The beach itself was not crowded. There were renovations going on but but we weren't disturbed by any noise. We had a wonderful time.

Love the location

I love the location. The beach was never crowded and you are so close to it. The only negative thing I have to say is the door between the rooms really needs a dead bolt. We had to listen to our neighbor beat the walls and cuss over the doors.

Great Getaway

We had a great stay! The place was just what we needed and the views were exactly what we were looking for. If I were to make any kind of suggestion, it would just be to have the towels swapped out at least once, or laundry detergent included in the starter kit. Certainly not a deal breaker though. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Awesome place!

Check in was a breeze, not a lot of parking but we made do. Only thing I can say negative is the sheets are hard and scratchy. I got sun burnt and it didn’t feel great on my back. Clean, friendly people, beautiful beaches and they are not packed. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!!
